Strip-out
Days 1–2 — old suite out, floors protected, dust sheets everywhere. We cap off so your water stays on overnight.
Install & tile
Days 3–17 — first fix, tanking, tiling and second fix by our own fitters, tilers and sparkies. One team, one diary.
Snag & handover
Days 18–21 — silicone lines checked, grout sealed, every valve tested. You sign it off before we call it done.

What the after photos don't tell you
We'd put the bathroom off for years because of the horror stories — six weeks of strangers and no loo. Solent & Sons did ours in nineteen days, we had a working toilet every single night, and the tiler re-cut a whole row because one line bothered him. It didn't bother us. It bothered him.
The design visit sold it for us. James talked us out of a more expensive layout because the soil pipe made it silly money for no real gain. The wet room came in on the exact figure quoted, three weeks door to door, and my dad — who fitted bathrooms for forty years — inspected it and found nothing. Unheard of.
